The DC Hero brand is enough to sell this game alone but still developers took the time to come up with an entertaining story for the masses to enjoy. The story was intricate and well put together--character-models were very life-like and expressive as well. Harley Quinn for one was very realistic and help bring the story to life. The game displayed authentic voice actors that gave the game a hint of nostalgia from the cartoons that most of the audience grew up on.
2) Super Moves/Fun:
The super moves displayed in this game make absolutely no sense and it doesn’t matter because “sense” isn’t always fun. Other fighting games super moves are so grounded but Injustice takes their moves literally to the sky, stars, and beyond. This appeals not only to die hard gamers but to the casual fans as well. The moves are spectacular and fit very well with the characters themselves, moves that are very memorable to say the least.
The Injustice 2 roster is so multifaceted and it has characters with many different powers and skill-sets. The roster goes beyond the Justice League and deep within DC lore which is very appealing for comic book fans. The new gear system not only gives the game replay value it also gives the gamer the opportunity to customize these legendary characters. Fighting games have been making a killing on selling “skins” for games but now players can create their own costume variants without diving in their pockets.
