The Hulk has been on the big screen many times but Ragnarok shows him in a way that most people have never seen the hero. The armor-clad Hulk makes the already formidable hero even more intimidating and well...formidable. The producers of the film are taking inspiration from the Planet Hulk storyline in the comics, that introduces a more mature and battle-savvy Hulk. The gladiator refresh of the character will be welcomed by audiences who have grown more and more accustomed to the traditional look of the character.
2) Melo Hulk:
The crazy and out of control Hulk has been done over and over again. In this movie audiences will get a chance to actually hear him speak and get to peer into the Hulk’s limited personality. Mark Ruffalo has done a magnificent job helping audiences fall in love with his interpretation of Bruce Banner but it something more special about hearing from the “other guy”--it adds buzz to the film. Hulk also seems to click best with Thor, outside of Black Widow, the two seem to have a mutual respect for each other. The film seems to promise a bit of bonding between the two Avengers.
1) Ragnarok Fights:
In the second trailer to the Thor film it is shown that the Hulk will definitely have his hands full in this adventure. The Hulk will have to deal with some mighty opponents, including Thor himself which should be a highlight bout. The trailer also shows him fighting a giant wolf-like monster which has some familiar history to the MCU and it also appears that he will be traveling to hell to fight a fiery demon. Who these creatures are and how they are connected? The trailer does a good job of heightening anticipation but maintaining suspense.
